We’re so excited you chose to shop small and add some shine to your life. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your glitter goodies.
Processing Times
Each order is packed with love and sparkle! Orders typically ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your package heads out, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We utilize flat rate shipping. Every order is $8 to ship unless you meet the free shipping order amount.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our hands.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating this can be — and we want to help!
If your package says “Delivered” but you can’t find it:
- Double-check around your porch, mailbox, and side doors.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they may have accepted it for you.
- Contact your local post office or carrier for delivery details (sometimes they can provide GPS info).
If your package still hasn’t turned up after 3 business days, please email us at mandybellescreations@gmail.com
We’ll do our best to help you file a claim or look into replacement options.
💌 Please note: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (tracking hasn’t updated for several days), reach out to us and we’ll open an inquiry with the shipping carrier to help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we ship to the exact address entered at checkout and can’t make changes once it’s on its way. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care when packing your sparkle! If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mandybellescreations@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Outside the U.S.
We do not currently offer shipping outside the U.S. This may be offered in the future but there is no current time frame on when that will be.
